Phone Fraud: Following the Money

   A co-worker based in Germany recently called my cellphone while I was at a conference. The call quality was absolutely horrible. There was so much noise—I had to yell to him to call me back. We hung up, he called me back, and the call quality was great, especially considering that we were on an international call, and on mobile phones.
